While TailorMasterPro can be used without creating an account for basic functionality, certain features require registration:

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all content and data you create and store in TailorMasterPro
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, and backup your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload

We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to TailorMasterPro, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Third-party service dependencies (such as Google Drive)

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall TailorMasterPro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Data Backup Responsibility:

While we provide backup features, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of important business data. We recommend regularly exporting and backing up your data independently.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

• Uninstalling the TailorMasterPro application
• Canceling your subscription through your app store account
• Requesting account deletion by contacting our support team

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
