Getting started is easy! Download the app from Google Play Store, create your account, and follow the onboarding process. You can start with the free plan to explore features, then upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready. The app includes a tutorial to help you set up your first customer and order.

Yes! TailorMasterPro supports data import from CSV files and other formats. Go to Settings > Data Management > Import Data to upload your existing customer database, measurements, and order history. We also provide templates to help you format your data correctly.

Your data is automatically backed up to Google Drive (Pro plan) or locally on your device (Free plan). You can also manually export your data at any time from Settings > Backup & Export. We recommend enabling automatic daily backups for peace of mind.

We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. You can manage your payment methods and view billing history in the app settings.

Yes! TailorMasterPro works fully offline. You can add customers, take measurements, create orders, and generate invoices without internet connection. Your data will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play Store subscriptions or in the app settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. All your data remains safe and accessible even after cancellation.

Absolutely! We use AES-256 encryption for data storage and transmission. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal Google Drive account. We never access or share your customer information.
